Exchanges & Returns

JROTC Exchange Policy & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@jrotc.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, ship your return the address above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded less shipping fee on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at orders@jrotc.com.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,

  •           Graduation Items
  •           Personal Clothing Items (Socks, Hats, Gloves)
  •           Hydration Packs & Accessories
  •           Personalized Items (Name tapes, Name Tags, Guidons, Streamers)
  •           Custom Item / On Demand Items (Custom Shoulder Cords)
  •           Items that have a part number that ends with D/S


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on closeout items.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges must take place within 15 days of your receiving your order. If you are requesting an exchange email us at orders@jrotc.com with your request of items you want to return and what items you are wanting.  Exchanges will occur a redelivery fee. If your exchange is approved mail the items to the address above. Make sure you include in your package who you are so we can match up your exchange. We will email you a pay link to pay for the redelivery fee. If you have not paid for your redelivery fee within 10 days we will automatically refund you less shipping as per our return policy.

 

Wrong Address

If your order is returned to us because you have provided the wrong address you will be responsible for providing a credit card for a new shipping fee or your order will be refunded less the shipping fee.
