Returns or Exchanges for defective items within 30 days. There are no returns/refunds on clothing items, graduation items or custom items.

Q. What if I ordered the wrong item and want to exchange it? 
A. If the item is unused and it has been less then 2 weeks pay to ship the item back to us and we will charge you a small shipping charge to ship the new item back to you. Give us a call if you have any questions 509-292-0410
